How do I access library sources when I'm off campus?

Answer

You can access all of the library's digital resources from off campus. To do this, you need to log in through the library website. To do this, select "Login" on the Schaffer Library home page and enter your Union College user name and password.

You will now be authenticated to access library resources through database or Primo searches. For more information on this process and for accessing library resources through Google Scholar, please visit our Off-Campus Access webpage.

While this log in process will provide full access for most users, students studying abroad and international students at home may need to use the campus VPN before you begin your search on our site. Please visit the ITS website for more information.

If you have any questions about logging in and searching digital resources, please contact reference@union.edu.
